What happens after I send the brief?
You receive an acknowledgement the same day. Within one business day, a project manager calls you to refine the brief; within 48 hours, you receive a first costed proposal with two or three Location options.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes, white-label or in co-production. We provide local production (Hotels, transport, Locations, activities, on-site team) for European agencies.
Can we meet in person?
We are regularly in Paris and London and can travel. A video call is possible within 48 hours.
What should an event brief include?
Purpose, group size, departure cities, possible dates, duration, indicative budget and accessibility needs.
