The brief
An insurance network wanted to bring together 300 agents in November, with a quality plenary, workshops and a gala evening, departing from Paris, Lyon and Nantes. Sunshine was part of the brief.
Suggested programme
Djerba, for its direct flights from the three cities and its climate. 300-seat plenary at the Radisson Blu with stage, LED wall and recording; workshops in the six other rooms; gala evening on the beach with awards; rally between Djerbahood, Houmt Souk and Guellala on the last day.
Planning notes
Three coordinated flights, 300 delegates welcomed in ninety minutes, a programme kept to the minute. The gala evening and the rally received the highest scores in the debrief.
