Indoor team building in Tunis: useful ideas for a rain plan
Even in Tunisia, a good programme includes a weather plan. In Tunis, indoor formats can be as memorable as outdoor activities when the objective is clear.
Why plan indoors
Rain is uncommon in some seasons, but wind, heat or mobility needs can force a change. A strong indoor plan reassures the organiser and protects the schedule.
Possible formats
Tunisian cooking workshop, mobile hotel mystery, group percussion, design-thinking workshop or fragrance creation all work indoors. They require little transfer and fit into a half-day.
The Tunisia team-building activities page lists options by region.
How to choose
For an international group, keep instructions short, facilitation bilingual and the output visible. For leadership groups, choose a more qualitative and quieter format.
Link to the programme
An indoor plan should not be a weak backup. It should serve the same goal as the original programme: cohesion, celebration, learning or sales momentum.
