The brief
A pharmaceutical subsidiary was looking for a nearby, refreshing and sober Destination for its annual kick-off of 180 sales people, in January, over two days. The brief insisted on plenary quality and an awards evening “that doesn’t look like last year’s”.
Suggested programme
We proposed Gammarth: direct Flüge, twenty-minute transfer, and a ballroom able to host the plenary in staged configuration with LED wall and video crew. Workshops occupied the adjoining rooms. The awards evening took place in a privatised house in Sidi Bou Saïd, with a sunset cocktail on the terrace.
Planning notes
Two days, no delay on the Programm, a post-event satisfaction score of 4.7/5 on Logistik and the evening. The client repeated the format the following year in Hammamet.
