OdkryjA corporate retreat in Tunisia is generally built over three days and two nights, which allows a full working day framed by a comfortable arrival and departure thanks to short flights. Incentives more readily extend to four days to include the desert. Conferences depend on delegate numbers and flight constraints: beyond 250 people, we often work with several flights and two hotels.
The indicative budgets shown are per person, excluding international flights, based on a group of 60 to 100 people in a five-star hotel, outside peak season. They include accommodation, catering, transfers, the activities described and our on-site coordination. They vary with period, hotel and level of customisation; they are there to frame, not to contract.
Reassess each outline against a comparable budget, hotel capacity and activities that fit the group. Sample formats give useful rhythm and production benchmarks.

Can your programmes be modified?
Entirely. They serve as a starting point: we change the hotel, the duration, the activities, the working time, according to your objectives and budget.
Do you handle flights?
We can book group flights with Tunisair, Air France, British Airways, Transavia or Nouvelair, or coordinate with your travel agency. Budgets shown exclude flights.
How long to receive a proposal?
A first costed proposal within 48 business hours of your brief, then a detailed version after a call.
Can the programmes be customised?
Yes. These itineraries are frameworks; duration, venues, experiences and comfort level follow the group’s goals and constraints.
